January’s Exploration coffee is Mexico Puebla-Chichiquila. From the volcanic region of Puebla in Eastern Mexico, this smooth, easy-drinking coffee features lively top notes balanced by nutty cocoa richness and mellow graham cracker sweetness.

Monthly Featured Decaf Coffee
For those of us who love coffee but don’t want the caffeine, a switch to a high quality decaf can keep all the flavour we love without the buzz we want to avoid. All the flavor, none of the buzz. We only buy decaf coffee that has been decaffeinated using a water process, and we only buy decaf beans that brew into coffee that tastes like coffee, so while any of our decafs would be a good choice, but for this month we’re excited to feature :
Caramel, rum and pecan with a dash of cinnamon and vanilla. We start with a sweet, gentle, decaffeinated coffee, then add your flavor. A sweet and spicy break from the ordinary.
