December’s Exploration Coffee is Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Lake Abaya. Amazing coffee from the birthplace of coffee. A “practically perfect” coffee, with a floral aroma and lively green tea top notes balanced by coffee candy sweetness and chocolate richness. The flavor reminds us of Kona (at ½ the price) and is our top-coffee sommelier’s personal favorite coffee.

Each 1/2 roast = 300 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 9 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 17 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
