'Tis the season...for coffee! Coffees grown in the southern hemisphere are rolling in, and some of them are amazing this year. They're also arriving earlier than usual. We received new crop Organic Dragon in October, and we just brought in more new crop Indonesians, including Organic Java Taman Dadar, Sulawesi Toranja, Pango Pango and Organic Timor Coopertiva.

Every other time of the year, it only takes 2-3 days for coffee to go from our roasting room in North Chicago, IL to most places in the US.
