Exciting New Arrivals
Carrie Masek
'Tis the season...for coffee! Coffees grown in the southern hemisphere are rolling in, and some of them are amazing this year. They're also arriving earlier than usual. We received new crop Organic Dragon in October, and we just brought in more new crop Indonesians, including Organic Java Taman Dadar, Sulawesi Toranja, Pango Pango and Organic Timor Coopertiva. New crop coffees are also coming in from Africa and South America. We're excited about a new crop, microlot coffee from Burundi and an amazing new organic coffee from Rwanda. New crop Peru Norandino is here, too.
We expect to bring in new crop coffees from Indonesia, Africa and South America around the holidays. We were surprised to discover two coffees from the northern hemisphere that we just couldn't resist. One is a naturally processed microlot from Tarrazu, our favorite coffee growing region in Costa Rica, Costa Rica Tarrazu, Don Pepe. The other is Thai Doi Pangkhon, the opium fighting coffee from Thailand.
More details about these new and amazing coffees will be posted on our blog soon. If you're in a hurry, they're already up on our website.
