Sumatra. The classic Indonesian coffee. A wet-hulled, Mandheling processed, organically certified co-op coffee. Smooth and silky, with classic Sumatran body, cocoa richness, cherry sweetness & complex notes of cedar and molasses.
Roaster's Choice: Full City
Sumatran coffee is famous for its heavy, syrupy body. Bold, rich and sweet, a coffee to take as dark as you dare!
Suggested Roast Level: Full City to emphasize cherry topnotes, Vienna or darker for a heavier, sweeter cup.

Each roast = 600 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 18 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 33 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
