He loves his coffee at a medium dark (Vienna) roast level. Roasted to a Vienna, Organic Brazil de Fatima brews into a robust, full-bodied cup, that’s smooth and creamy, with cherry and brown sugar sweetness and luscious caramel sweetness. Luca hails from Brazil, where folks enjoy taking coffee in the afternoon with a light snack. Even small children are served a drop coffee in their milk, so they can share this coffee tradition.
