September signals the end of summer, the shift of seasons, and the start of a school year. Wherever you are and however you’re starting your September, here are some coffees to brighten and enrich your days, wake you up and get you going! Easy Sunrise, September's Coffee of the Month, features a soft floral aroma followed by a burst of blueberry and lemon that melts into a lingering cocoa finish. Lively enough to jump start your brain and smooth enough to enjoy all day. Add cream for a lovely dessert coffee that's perfect with breakfast pastry or fall apple pie. Those who want to taste a wonderful organic coffee from from the highlands of Brazil, should try September’s Exploration Coffee Organic Brazil Minas Gerais. This cream of the crop is beautifully smooth and full bodied coffee, balanced, rich and sweet, with a creamy mouthfeel, gentle topnotes, almond richness and malt sweetness.Roaster's Choice: Full City. If you want to taste the best of the best, we have a new Roaster Gold that’s blowing our palette! A new coffee that is available though is Tuang’s (Not Quite Organic) Dragon! If you loved Organic Dragon Coffee (and who doesn’t really?), this is our new, honestly even slightly better coffee. It’s from the island that hosts the most Komodo Dragons in the world: Grown in the Manggarai area of the island of Flores. Full-bodied, sweet and smooth, with various chocolate notes, dark, milk and white, sweetened by a hint of cherry, for chocolate decadence in a cup! We’re planning to celebrate Labor Day this year with iced coffee and a backyard barbecue. So is the post office apparently, as they will be closed. But don’t worry about the freshness of your coffee-any orders we receive on Monday will be roasted and shipped on Tuesday!
