New Coffee: Yemeni Mocha Haraaz!
Carrie Masek
A new Roaster Gold coffee has just arrived from the Arabian Peninsula! Yemeni Mocha Haraaz is an exciting new coffee that any coffee-lover is sure to want to try.
This rare and delicious treat is the modern descendant of the coffee shipped from the Arabian Peninsula to Europe in the seventeenth century. Lively, rich and sweet, a velvety smooth, perfectly balanced coffee with rich chocolate, sweet toffee and lively cherry notes that brews into a cup worth sipping and savoring all day long. This coffee is a Roaster Gold, because it is just that delicious. Also a flexible coffee, try it at a City Roast Level to showcase the complex flavors. Also wonderful at a Vienna to emphasize the sweet chocolate and toffee notes.
While our Organic Congo Lake Kivu is no longer available, there are several other excellent coffees for you to try in its stead. If you are looking for a smooth and full-bodied coffee, Organic Sumatra Ketiera is smooth and silky, with a cherry and molasses sweetness balanced by a hint of cedar and a lingering cocoa finish. If you are looking for another complex and lively coffee, try the popular Organic Dragon coffee from the Flores islands. If you’re looking for a decaffeinated coffee, Decaf Organic Peru also has a lovely rich taste, almost like a Kona, but with none of the buzz.
