The problem with credit card payments has been fixed.

Earlier in the month, several of our customers had problems with their credit card payments being declined when there was nothing wrong with their credit card. We’re grateful to all of you who called or emailed and let us know about this problem.
We discovered that our website’s platform hadn’t finished updating to comply with new security regulations and the lack of compliance caused the processing errors. The platform has now finished its update for the new security protocols, and credit card payments are again processing correctly.
