Good-Bye Summer...Hello Coffee!

Monday was Labor Day. We took the long weekend off and enjoyed cold brewed Summer Ice for our afternoon picnic. We were back to work Tuesday, drinking hot coffee.
One of our favorite ways to wake up a sleepy September morning is with our Coffee of the Month, Easy Sunrise. The Ethiopians are coming! We've been waiting for months for the new crop coffees from Ethiopia to arrive. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Lake Abaya, Ethiopia Natural Lake Abaya and hard to find, Grade One, Ethiopia Harrar have taken their sweet time getting here, but they will finally get here early next week. To celebrate, we're making Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Lake Abaya our Monthly 1/2 roast for September. If you like your coffee lively, rich and floral, give this lovely coffee from the birthplace of coffee a try!
