Organic Guatemala Adiesto. Grown in Huehuetenango, our favorite region in Guatemala, this organically certified coffee has everything we look for in a good Guatemalan. The flavor combines rich chocolate and sweet almond with a lively lemon verbena tang. The body is smooth and the finish is rich and buttery. Even better, Organic Guatemala Adiesto comes from collection of small farms, which work together to improve their coffee and their livelihood. Delicious, sustainable and socially conscious, it's no wonder we love this coffee!
We like it so much, we're making Organic Guatemala Adiesto May's Monthly ½ Roast Special. The ½ Roasts will all be roasted at the Roaster's Choice level (Full City to heighten the coffee's rich flavor and lingering finish), but this is a coffee that's great at a wide range of roast levels. Try it lighter (City Roast) to bring out the lemony, herbal topnotes. Try it darker (Vienna or Northern Italian) for fuller body and increased sweetness. Any way we roast it, Organic Guatemala Adiesto is a great coffee!
