Peru. Amazing coffee, grown high on the Andes Mountains. This co-op grown, organically certified Peru is a lively coffee with a medium body, milk chocolate richness and brown sugar sweetness. As warm & cozy as alpaca at a dark roast, bright as new mountain snow at a light roast, Peru is simply delicious.
Roaster's Choice: City
Peru is delicious, and different, any way you choose. Roasts and tastes beautiful across all roast levels.
Suggested Roast Level: City or Full City for sweet, rich coffee with a creamy body and notes of vanilla and pecan. Vienna or darker for a richer, bolder coffee with a heavier body and dark chocolate finish.

Each roast = 600 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 18 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 33 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
