Brazil. The 2020 Best Cup Carmo competition was cancelled because of the pandemic, but this cream of the crop from the highlands of Brazil would have been a top contender.
Roaster's Choice: Vienna
An amazing microlot coffee, rich, mellow and heavy-bodied, with sugar plum sweetness and chocolate hazelnut richness balanced by a hint of cardamom and a lingering spiced cocoa finish.
Suggested Roast Level: Tastes great at any roast level! City to highlight fruit and spice notes, Full City or Vienna for more sweet richness or as dark as you dare for an even bolder cup.
