Ethiopia Harrar Wild Cherry
Ethiopia. Amazing coffee from the birthplace of coffee. A practically perfect coffee from the hills near Mesela, Ethiopia, this intense, complex, naturally processed Harrar coffee is silky smooth with cherry notes spiced with a hint of anise and balanced by hazelnut richness and a lingering cocoa finish.
Roaster's Choice: Full City
Unlike cultivated coffees, Harrar changes from pot to pot, from sip to sip. Look for a whiff of cardamon or anise in the aroma, perhaps a hint of malt in the cherry sweetness and you may taste chocolate with the hazelnut richness.
Suggested Roast Level: City or Full City to emphasize sweet aroma and lively topnotes, Vienna or darker for a richer, bolder cup.
