Lively, sweet and surprisingly complex, this naturally processed Gesha from Finca San Nicolas features lively peach and raspberry topnotes, praline sweetness and chocolate richness. Add a lingering peach wine finish for a coffee that's outstanding black or add cream for an even richer, sweeter cup.

Suggested Roast Level: City or Full City to heighten lively fruit notes, Vienna for an even sweeter, richer cup.
