An anaerobic, naturally processed microlot, Balanced, intense and complex, with a sweet, fermented fruit aroma and complex flavor: Ripe persimmon soaked in brandy and covered in dark chocolate, followed by a lingering fruity wine finish. An amazing microlot coffee with a delicious spiced currant aroma, very lively cherry and peach notes balanced by praline and caramelized sugar sweetness, chocolate richness with a lingering fruit finish.
Suggested Roast Level: Tastes great at any roast level! City to highlight lively fruit notes, Full City or Vienna for more sweetness or as dark as you dare for an even richer, bolder cup.
