It's almost Christmas, and the US mail is beginning to slow. Every other time of the year, it only takes 2-3 days for coffee to go from our roasting room in North Chicago, IL to most places in the US. Hawaii or Alaska may take another day, but usually folks have their coffee well within a week of roasting. During the Holidays, though, the mail starts to slow.
