It’s already December and the Holiday Season has begun. Whether you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, the Winter Solstice, Kwanzaa or are just looking forward to saying, “Good-bye 2025!” December is a great month to celebrate with coffee. To help celebrate we have the coffees we are most grateful for this year:

Our Exploration Coffee This month is one of those lesser-known, but it is going to change, Roaster gold coffees: El Salvador Chalate Geisha. This lively, sweet and surprisingly complex, is a naturally processed Geisha from Finca San Nicolas featuring lively peach and raspberry topnotes, praline sweetness and chocolate richness. Take the Hassle out of Your Holiday. Order coffee gifts and let us mail them. Just send us the list of names and addresses (along with who should get which coffee), and let us know when you’d like the coffee to arrive. Please remember to click on We Mail YOUR Gifts, to add postage for the extra addresses (the first one is included automatically) and we’ll take care of the rest. We recommend you place any order you want to arrive by Christmas no later than noon of Friday, December 12. Earlier is even better. We only control when we roast and mail the coffee, but the chances of it arriving on time increase if you order early. The USPS is unmatched in reliability, but the mail slows down this time of year. We don't want anyone disappointed by late Christmas presents.
We’re Taking Time Off with Family. We will be closed from noon Wednesday, December 24. We’ll be back roasting coffee, Monday January 5th!
