Ask the Roaster...Why didn't I receive the email with my order's tracking number?

Several customers have contacted us because they didn’t receive the fulfillment email that is automatically generated when we roast and mail coffee. We looked into the problem, and several of the missing emails had been caught by the customer’s Spam filter.
We almost always roast and mail coffee within a business day of receiving the order. If you place an order and don’t hear anything from us after 2 business days, please check your Spam filter. Hopefully, the email is hiding there.
If you don’t find the fulfillment email, please feel free to email or call us to find out more information. We can tell you when we roasted and mailed your coffee and give the USPS tracking number. Thanks!
