The kids are back in school, and here at Coffee Fresh, Inc. we’ve created a lively custom blend to help sleepy Moms and Dads get up in the morning. "Back to School Blend" is a rich and lively coffee with a sweet, blueberry aroma, lively citrus topnotes and a rich, lingering finish. Great with breakfast or any time you want to jump-start your brain, at only $10.99 for a full roast* (around 18.75 oz.), "Back to School Blend” is a very special coffee at a very special price. Please drop by Coffee by the Roast and order some today.

We have a new Colombia Traditional, Colombia South Huila Camberos! A lively, sweet and complex single estate coffee from the Huila region of Columbia, this outstanding Colombian Traditional has a sweet, juicy flavor, apricot acidity and a lovely floral fragrance. Add in traditional Colombian richness for a real treat. At $13.91 a roast (about $12.10 per pound), it's also a real value. Try a roast today and see!

Our new website is almost ready to launch. The site is full of coffee information and pretty pictures. You can even watch coffee roast! Hopefully, the transition will go smoothly, and everyone on our mailing list will receive an announcement when the new site goes live. Unfortunately, Murphy's Law often applies in situations like this. If you don't receive either a newsletter or an announcement from Coffee Fresh, Inc. or Coffee by the Roast by early October, please go to www.coffeebytheroast.com and sign up again. Thanks!

Some of our customers have asked us to grind their whole bean coffee before we ship it. If you would like to try fresh roasted coffee, but don’t have a grinder, just click “the special instructions to merchant” link on the page with the final “pay now” button (or drop us an email at info@coffeebytheroast.com) and ask for the coffee to be ground. Let us know what kind of brewer you use (Auto Drip, old-fashioned percolator, French Press, etc) and we will happily grind your coffee before shipping it to you.

Finally, to thank the subscribers to our newsletter, we will include an additional half-roast pouch of “Back to School Blend,” FREE, with your first order of the month! Just write “September” in the special instructions before you hit the final pay button (or drop us an email at info@coffeebytheroast.com) We’ll throw in the extra half-roast at no extra charge. Sharing great coffee is our favorite way to celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of the school year.

Have a safe and happy Labor Day!

Please browse our online store, order a pouch or two and discover the wonder of truly fresh coffee. Your coffee. Your roast. Your way.

Sincerely,

The coffee geeks at:
