Welcome Coffee: February’s Midnight Treat: Very dark roasted, smooth and heavy bodied with a rich, bold and complex flavor. Inspired by the coffee enjoyed in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. Baker's chocolate, dark-roasted chestnut and a hint of sweet spice. Roast Level: Southern Italian
Contrasting Coffee: February’s contrasting coffee is Panama Boquete. Sweet, rich and lovely. For those who love Kona's flavor, but hate the price. Literally grown on a mountaintop, this well balanced, coffee combines a creamy texture with candy sweetness, milk chocolate and caramel richness and a spritz of lemon. Roaster's Choice: City

Each 1/2 roast = 300 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 9 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 17 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
