Contrasting Coffee: December’s Contrasting Coffee is El Salvador Chalate Geisha. This lively, sweet and surprisingly complex, is a naturally processed Geisha from Finca San Nicolas featuring lively peach and raspberry top notes, praline sweetness and chocolate richness. Add a lingering peach wine finish for a coffee that's outstanding black or add cream for an even richer, sweeter cup. Roaster's Choice: City

Each 1/2 roast = 300 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 9 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 17 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
