While most of our Guatemalan coffees come from Huehuetenango in western Guatemala, we were intrigued when one of our favorite importers mentioned Organic Guatemala Los Volcanes, an organically processed co-op coffee from Alta Verapaz in central Guatemala. Let's follow this coffee from the farm to your cup.

Tanzania is just south of Kenya, and it's no surprise that the coffee grown in northern Tanzania is very similar to its more famous Kenyan cousins. Both tend to be light-bodied, lively coffees, with the best also having balancing richness and/or sweetness.
