Ethiopia. Amazing coffee from the birthplace of coffee. From the hills of the Harai region of Ethiopia, this intense, complex, naturally processed coffee is full bodied and silky smooth with notes of chocolate, caramel and sweet berries.
Roaster's Choice: Full City
Unlike cultivated coffees, Harrar changes from pot to pot, from sip to sip. Look for a whiff of cardamon or anise in the aroma, perhaps a hint of malt in the berry sweetness and you may taste a hint of nut with the chocolate richness.
Suggested Roast Level: City or Full City to emphasize sweet aroma and lively topnotes, Vienna or darker for a richer, bolder cup.
