For those of us who love coffee but don’t want the caffeine, a switch to a high quality decaf can keep all the flavour we love without the buzz we want to avoid. All the flavor, none of the buzz. We only buy decaf coffee that has been decaffeinated using a water process, and we only buy decaf beans that brew into coffee that tastes like coffee, so while any of our decafs would be a good choice, we’re excited to feature for September, a “practically perfect” water processed decaf coffee: Decaf Ethiopia Sidamo, with lemon and crisp apple top notes balanced by honey sweetness.
