May’s Exploration Coffee is Brazil Conesol Farm Select. A single estate jewel from the highlands of Brazil. Naturally processed, Yellow Bourbon, heavy-bodied, creamy and sweet. A smooth and balanced coffee, with citrus and coriander topnotes, brown sugar sweetness, chocolate richness and a lingering spiced cocoa finish. Roaster’s Choice: Vienna to highlight smooth richness

Each 1/2 roast = 300 grams green coffee. You'll receive approx. 9 oz. of roasted beans. Brews about 17 full (9 oz.) cups of coffee.
